Q: As parents, we have no English ability. Is it a problem when enrolling in the school?
A: Parents are not required to have English ability. RAIS has bilingual staff that all parents can communicate easily. Important notices from school are translated into Vietnamese and it is possible to have Vietnamese support at the parent-teacher conferences.
Q: My child has a food allergy. Does your school provide a special lunch menu for this kind of thing?
A: Yes. Our lunch service can be adapted for students who have an allergy or food restrictions.
Q: Is it okay to withdraw half-way through term or take a temporary leave from school?
A: Yes. RAIS has withdrawal and temporary leave policies.
Q: Is it possible to use the school bus irregularly?
A: Yes. You can arrange your desired dates. We manage a wide range of parents' requests as much as we can.  
Q: Are there any other fees apart from the registration fee, deposit fee and tuition fee?
A: Other than the above fees, optional service fees such as excursion, daycare, summer holiday may apply.
Q: What is your approach to school hygiene?
A: Keeping the school facilities clean is part of our community responsibility. Both staff and students work daily to clean up after themselves and public areas of our school on a daily basis. Additionally, children are taught and maintain good health and hygiene habits as a part of their daily school life.
Q: How is your school security?
A: School and student safety has utmost importance in RAIS. All the necessary safety measures are taken by school and school staff carefully and student awareness is supported by monthly emergency drills and seminars.
Q: Is a one year old child who uses diapers allowed to enroll the school?
A: Students are supported in all different learning areas in RAIS. Toilet training of the young students is followed by RAIS carefully as well as their other developmental needs.
